Welcome to PhantomHost! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our web hosting services ("Services"). By using PhantomHost’s Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions
PhantomHost, we, us, our: PhantomHost Pty Ltd, the provider of the web hosting services.

Customer, you, your: The individual or entity using PhantomHost’s Services.

Services: Web hosting services offered by PhantomHost.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and any other applicable policies or guidelines published by PhantomHost.

3. Services and Payment
Phantom Host is an unmanaged web host. We offer cPanel access and the features listed on our website. Please note that support is limited to server-related issues only; we do not provide assistance with website development, installation, coding, email delivery issues or third-party applications.

Payment must be made upfront as per the selected billing cycle (monthly, annually, etc.).

Payments must be made with 72 hours of the due date. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of Services.

Pricing and features are subject to change with notice.

4. Customer Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You agree not to use the Services for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

You will not upload or distribute malware, spam, or infringing content.

You agree to comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations.

5. Data and Content
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload.

You grant PhantomHost a license to use, store, and transmit your data as necessary to provide the Services.

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Service Availability and Backups
We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

PhantomHost offers nightly backups, which are kept in the system for 14 days. It is your responsibility to maintain your own backups; PhantomHost is not liable for data loss.

7. Limitation of Liability
PhantomHost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 6 months.

We do not guarantee the security or confidentiality of data transmitted over the internet.

8. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or illegal activities.

You may cancel Services at any time by providing notice.

Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a grace period.

9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our Services and website remain with PhantomHost.

You must not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.

12. Changes to Terms
