Email Accounts

NOTE

Once a website has been created, you can set up a new email account by navigating to: Websites > Select the website > Emails

Webmail

You can find the webmail login link in the main Email dashboard.

Connect to Gmail or Other Mail Apps

You can find the connection details for each email account by navigating to: Websites > Emails > Select an email account

Scroll to the bottom of the page to view the required settings for external mail clients.

DKIM / DMARC / SPF Records

DKIM can be enabled per domain and is strongly recommended for better email deliverability.

If you are using external nameservers, you will need to add the required mail records (DKIM, DMARC, SPF, TXT records) to your external DNS provider.

Nameservers / IP Address

It is recommended to use our nameservers if you are hosting email with us.

Alternatively, if you use an external DNS provider, you will need to manually point the required records.

You can find your server IP and mail-related DNS details in the control panel: Websites > Select a website > Home tab (IP address and configuration details are shown there).
